I was thinking about what dessert to make for International Women’s Day and thought of ube—because, well, purple?!! So, I decided to make this ube cheesecake just for fun. But turns out, it got way more attention than I expected.
So many of you have been asking for the recipe, but honestly, I was just experimenting. I did not even take a proper pic for this…… I’m still sharing it with you all but fair warning: try it at your own risk, I can’t guarantee if it’s foolproof, but that’s part of the fun right? :p
I also made my own ube halaya (ube jam) from frozen shredded ube, but you can definitely buy pre-made ones to make life easier.
